Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary Company Start Date: October 1974 WALGREEN EXPERIENCE: Ms. Green joined Walgreens in 1974 as an attorney in the Employee Relations department. She became a senior attorney in 1979, director of Employee Relations in 1989, vice president of Employee Relations in 1999, and corporate vice president of Human Resources in 2000. She also served as a trustee of the Profit Sharing Retirement Trust from 1982 through 2000. In 2004 she became senior vice president, Human Resources Division. Ms. Green was promoted to her current position in January 2005.
